Chinese American Association of Central Florida, and is comprised of mostly Asian American crew team members. The first practice session will take place on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at the Orlando Rowing Club - Lake Fairview Park , 2200 Lee Road , Orlando , FL 32810 starting at 8:30am and ending at 9:30am. All persons interested in joining the team should arrive by 8am for registration and warm up. We will have practice sessions once every other Saturday morning at the same time and location. You will have a chance to receive formal dragon boat training. Each practice session fee is $10/person for non-CAACF members and $8/person for CAACF members. No experience is necessary! Everyone aged 14 years and up is welcome to try out to paddle on the dragon boat. Please email team captain John Chung at johnchung1@yahoo.com for more information and waiver form.
