Taiwanese Associations 2014 New Year Celebration 中佛州2014年元旦升旗典禮

The Taiwanese Associations in Central Florida hosted its annual flag raising ceremony to welcome the year of 2014 with the Taiwanese community. Over three hundred guests were present to join the celebration. Various cultural entertainments were provided on stage and delicious authentic Taiwanese food was also served.

　中佛州僑界元旦日舉行升旗典禮，吸引中外人士超過300名參與。升旗典禮活動由佛州中華文化活動中心、大奧蘭多臺灣商會、佛州華商總會主辦，駐邁阿密台北經文辦事處、僑務委員會贊助。駐邁阿密台北經文處辦事處處長王贊禹偕僑務組長李定勇夫婦、秘書蔡琬梅、林士宜，，以及僑務委員楊喬生和廖柏虞，光明寺監寺覺凡法師等均出席。出席社團包括中美協會、奇士美華人協會、國際佛光會佛州協會、台灣同鄉聯誼 會奧蘭多分會、台鄉會奇士美分會、佛州華商總會長青社、國際領袖基金會、梅門美洲總會、天柏灣台灣商會、甘迺迪角美華協會、墨爾本中校等。

　新年下著細雨綿綿，尤幸升旗典禮開始一刻雨停下來了。在升旗典禮後先享用豐盛午餐，主辦單位華商總會會長陳建國與駐邁阿密經文處長王贊禹與僑務組長李定勇，大奧蘭多台灣商會會長蕭維儒分別致詞，感謝並祝福，祝賀新春元旦國運昌隆。

　王贊禹處長與李定勇組長頒發獎狀給籌辦慶祝國慶人仕，並為華商總會新舊會長陳建國、劉正民交接典禮監交。接著是聯歡舞會，分別有長青社舞蹈表演和龍之傳奇的精彩雜技演出，更有華商理事和許多單位及與會嘉賓捐贈豐富禮品抽獎，為2014年新年發放歡樂和友愛。
