Fox 35 Good Day Orlando interviewed Bruce Wang from the Chinese American Association of Central Florida to kick off the year of the Dragon on January 23. Accompanied by Hung Fut Hung Man Fei Chinese Martial Arts & Lion Dance Team, Bruce Wang talked about the significance of the Dragon in the Chinese history. He also took this opportunity to invite the community to participate in the first Dragon Parade Lunar New Year Festival on Feb 5.
Chinese American Association of Central Florida (CAACF), founded in 1969, is a nonprofit organization. Its mission is to preserve the Chinese heritage and culture. CAACF established the Chinese School of CAACF, CAACF Dance Troupe and the Dragon Boat Team CHARGE. www.orlandochinese.org
